Our Mission
Calyx Sustainable Tourism's mission is to develop high quality, authentic and sustainable tourism experiences.
We accomplish this by integrating host communities with tourism development, creating new tourism businesses and connecting rural and urban communities to protect the full range of community assets.
What We Do
We are a local company that works collaboratively to identify, expand and protect a wide range of assets in Washington: people, tourism businesses, culture/heritage, buildings and nature.
Even organizations that are not primarily focused on the environment will find the tools we use remarkably effective in reducing costs, increasing income and being prepared for anticipated legislation and regulation.
Calyx promotes local business development, including local product sourcing and branding.
